I know it's a distillery, but one of my favourite things about this place is the free range chickens running loose on the property :-) I also love their whiskey barrel aged maple syrup, and their maple whiskey. Definitely go for a tasting!

One of the strongest tastings I've ever done. They make Gin, Vodka, Whisky and Cassis. My favourite is the Maple Whisky and County Cassis. The owners are very knowledgeable and carefully explained the ingredients and process used for each item. They also made amazing suggestions on how to mix the drinks. During your visit please say hello to the funky chickens roaming the grounds. They are the cutest!
