Contemporary Latvian cuisine based only on Latvian agricultural products from local farms - milk, vegetables, meat, fish, fruit and game. Simple and elegant.Highly recommended! Mondays can be closed.

Valtera restorans opened on April 4, 2013. It was opened by Chef Valters Zirdziņš. The restaurant is in favor of supplying local products, accounting approximately 90% of all raw materials we work with. The food is a modern Latvian cuisine. Menu is seasonal, and special offers are available every day, depending on suppliers and season.

Valter`s Restaurant is the first in Latvia which boasts a contemporary Latvian cuisine based only on Latvian rural products such as milk, vegetables, meat, fish, fruit and game coming from local farms.The restaurant`s interior with Latvian landscapes recalls the simple but elegant country manor where every visitor can feel not as a customer but a long-awaited visitor.
