The Percy Warner trails comprise some of the best hiking opportunities in Nashville. In Percy Warner Park there are two blazed trails plus a connector trail to Edwin Warner Park for your Nashville hiking enjoyment. The Warner Woods Trail is a moderately easy hike covering a 2.5 mile loop through some of this Nashville park's 2058 acres. For a longer hike, the Mossy Ridge Trail is a 4.5 mile loop.

Beautiful park with hiking trails. While on that side of the city you can drive on Belle Meade Blvd. and see some beautiful estates.
I love hiking at Percy Warner. The trails are gorgeous, and of varying length and difficulty. After my hike, pop in to Fix Juice Co. for a Cashew Milk, and have an infrared sweat (and/or a float!) at Pure Sweat and Float next door. Percy Warner Park (in Belle Meade) was constructed in 1936 and paid for as a part of FDR's New Deal. While the stairs are closed for maintenance, there will be detour access to the trails at Percy Warner (access at Belle Meade Boulevard.) For racing fans, you'll be tickled to know that Steeplechase (located within the park) remains the ONLY racetrack built by the Federal government.
