Tulip festival, kayak/canoe rentals, winter skating & beavertails. One of the best places to hangout in Ottawa. Grab a bite along Preston St at one of the many restaurants in Little Italy.

Dow's Lake is a small man-made lake on the Rideau Canal, situated two kilometres north of Hog's Back Falls in the middle of Ottawa.

Great spot for biking, walking, fishing etc. Very central with an eatery built in the center.

Enjoy the flowers and take a walk around Dow's Lake, then head over to Preston Street, Ottawa's Little Italy
