the restaurants of main street in clarkston are a bit of a drive. 15 minutes. that being said, they're all amazing and are known to be busy. the union woodshop is amazing with great cocktails and BBQ. woodshop also has incredible artisanal pizza from pizza coco. other great location is honcho right next door. great craft margaritas, tacos. amazing food. great ambiance at all locations. you also have the clarkston union famous for sunday brunch. great bloody Mary's and the best breakfast burrito ever! expect it to be busy. very busy. check for hours as I know union woodshop opens at 4. Honcho also opens at 4. Clarkston union opens at 4 but for Sunday brunch opens at 9a. If you arrive at 10a expect to wait for a table or wait for a seat at the bar. Clarkston Union and Woodshop were featured in diners, drive-ins and dives. $$

You can't go wrong with their burger or the sweet potato burrito with pulled pork. Yummy spot! One of Kid Rock's favorites. Often has music on weekend nights upstairs in the bar.

If you watch Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, Guy was here! Part owner, Kid Rock, is a local and the vibe and food is Michigan BBQ trendy. The maple/bourbon ice cream is heaven!
