One of our favorite things to do is fill a cooler with snacks and drinks from Cahoons and then head to the southern beaches for the day! They also have a deli where they make subs & sandwiches.

Cahoons is an old family run market on the beach road in Nags Head. They get really good local produce. You can grab sandwiches, salads and desserts for take outs. They have the best fresh tuna salad!

They have everything! Plus local produce. Sandwiches, beer wine. It's close to my beach house..and they are local.
