Cocktail bar - great venue for a date

Our favourite little wine bar, with an intimate roof top area. Exceptional service, cool place, and a nod to Churchill (his dog was called Rufus). Its hard to find - you need to go down a little alleyway near a park at No. 143, and the entrance is there.
