They have good oatmeal and red clam chowder. It's a local's favorite for breakfast or lunch. It has a family atmosphere. Located in the "Village" of Arroyo Grande.

Great breakfast spot with blueberry pancakes and more. There can be a 1/2 hour wait.

Breakfast/lunch diner type restaurant. Very casual. Great waffles and huge portions. Great place to eat while recovering from a night out. They close at 2pm.
