While expensive, Hotel Chaco has THE BEST views of the city. You can go up to the top of the hotel, order a drink, and gawk at the watermelon-colored Sandias at sunset. Plus, it's in the Old Town area, so, after a day of walking around Old Town, you can relax with the beautiful views.

Best rooftop bar with views. Make a reservation and make sure its when the sun is setting.

Arguably THE best rooftop bar in the city. You won't catch a view of the sunset, but you will glimpse the 'magic hour' when the Sandias show you their namesake color. The drinks are pretty good, too.
