Hualapai Mountain is only 20 minutes away from the guest house! There is a nice log restaurant with Elk walking around everywhere (the local pet's, but remember they are still wild!) The temp's are typically 10 degrees cooler than Kingman. It's a wonderful place to hike, bike ride!

Just a few minutes drive up the Haulapai Mountains and you're there! Great sightseeing and wild elk will greet you!

Picnic, hike, spend a night in a rustic cabin. Elevations from 4984 to 8417 feet offer views and pine trees and a different environment only 10 miles away.

You are in the ponderosa pines! Yes, a real forest! Nice and cool up there, with RV camping, hiking, and cabins. During the winter, there is lots of snow! You can see Deer, or sometimes Elk wondering around. There is also a small lake, called Pine Lake. If you want a great dinner stop at the Hualapai Mountain Resort.
